Registry of intentions
Member States competent authorities/the ECHA on request by the Commission may prepare:
- "Annex XV dossiers" for the identification of Substances of Very High Concern, abbreviated: SVHCs,
- dossiers for the proposal of harmonised classification and labelling (Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures, abbreviated: CLP)
- or for the proposal of restrictions.
The public registry of intentions informs parties concerned about the substances for which the bodies wish to submit Annex XV dossiers. They can then prepare for comments later in the procedure in good time.
This also prevents the repetition of work and stimulates cooperation between the Member States when drawing up annex XV dossiers.
